We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40 lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee (per stay, one-time charge) which will be charged separately after you book the property. Please let us know about your dog when booking. The wonderful Fall Creek Marina is only a 10-minute walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer. You can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

There are stairs to this condo. This home has a standard hot water heater and you will need to account for that much like in your own home. If you run out of hot water, please wait 45 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers etc.

A car is a must when visiting Branson, and there is ample parking in front of the condo. You have full use of the entire condo and private patio. There are shared bbq grills in the complex to which you have full access. Enjoy the grounds with morning walks - the road ends at the beautiful Fall Creek Marina open to the public, and offers boat rentals, fishing pole rentals, and a fantastic deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo.

Check out the many trails Branson has to offer - we recommend using the Alltrails app on your Smartphone and packing your tennis or hiking shoes. Make sure to avoid traffic by using the colored red, blue and yellow routes throughout Branson. These routes will send you directly behind the strip and save you time when traffic is heavy.
