Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, the world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf, we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course, which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one, which sleeps 4. This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large bedroom with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. The bedroom has a full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out. The great room has a comfortable l-shaped sofa, which converts into a futon, a twin over-a-queen bunk bed, two dining spaces, and a large, well-appointed kitchen. You will be able to prepare full meals for your group in a well-lit and comfortable space. Our condo features board games and a large tic tac toe, and Connect 4 - fun for the whole crew! About Branson, MO: We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City, which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Branson, Missouri is known today as the “live music capital of the world” and it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800's. Access to the condo is through interior hall stairs. With only one other unit on this level and no living space below, you’ll enjoy extra comfort and quiet throughout your stay. Parking is conveniently located right next to the building for easy access. The home is equipped with a standard hot water heater—if it runs low, simply allow 30 minutes for a full tank to reheat before resuming showers or laundry. For added convenience, the condo includes a high-efficiency washer/dryer combo, so you can pack light, skip the laundromat, and head home with clean clothes.

Make sure to avoid traffic by using the colored red, blue and yellow routes throughout Branson. These routes will send you directly behind the strip and save you time when traffic is heavy.
