If you are traveling with small children we do have a high chair and Pack n Play available in the unit. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties. We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay and they must be under 25lbs. We do have a $75 pet fee per dog. Please let us know about your pet when booking.

You will have full use of the entire condo and the balcony. The only shared spaces are parking (you are allowed a max of two vehicles) and the charcoal bbq area. We do have an electric grill on the patio for your private use. This is a NON SMOKING unit. We do not allow smoking in the home or on the porches. Events and parties are prohibited.
