This home, situated on a ridge overlooking Table Rock Lake, was built with an open floor plan with plenty of room for everybody. It is perfect for large family gatherings, families vacationing together, or for small groups wanting a quiet getaway. It features a gourmet kitchen, a multi-tier deck, 5 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and TV's in each room.

Private pool open 5/1/24 This fabulous home overlooks Table Rock Lake with gorgeous views from inside and outside the home. • 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms • 3 bedrooms on main level, two king, one queen and built in bunk bed • 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one queen, one king, one bunk, pullout sofa • Lower level movie room • Lower level living area and game area • Air Hockey • Ping Pong • Full Size Arcade Game • Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four and Board Games • Parking for 5 cars or 4 and a boat/trailer • Two decks, gorgeous views • Community pool You will want to play and relax by the community's shared infinity pool (shared between our very small subdivision), which is just a short walk from the house. Our home is part of a neighborhood HOA; please note that the shared pool is NOT heated). (Our pool stays open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.) The infinity pool has a gorgeous view of the Ozark Mountains (NO hot tub) and is just across the cul de sac from the home. You can see our home from the dusk photo taken from the pool. We provide pool floats and toys, and there is a large seating area around the pool and a gas grill in the garage. Due to the unpredictable Missouri weather and rain/snow, the pool may be unavailable during part of your stay. Discounts will not be given due to unforeseen weather-related pool closures. This newer home has so many amenities to offer. Enjoy each bedroom and bathroom with its own stylish and unique design. There are newer beds, furniture, and accessories throughout the home. There is a jetted tub in the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds, and another has a loft, which is a hit with the kids. The space in the living room, dining room, and kitchen is very open and has beautiful views of the lake. The main floor has the master bedroom along with two other bedrooms. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room, and a theater room with a 65” TV, equipped with surround sound. The home is equipped with air hockey, a full-size arcade game, table tennis, movie room, and lots of family games! You have two decks to enjoy dinner or just relax and watch the sunset – one deck for each level of the home. A gas BBQ is available for outdoor cooking and grilling. Please Note (as of 2023): Other homes in our neighborhood are now being built. There may be construction going on during working hours. We're only about 8 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. We are just one mile from Moonshine Beach which has a beautiful/clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available. State Park Marina is just 5 miles down the road. You can launch your boat at either Moonshine Beach or State Park Marina. Our driveway is long, with a 2-car garage, so there is space to park your boat and vehicles. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Branson, Missouri is known today as the “live music capital of the world” and it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800's. Other things to note Take advantage of the many fun things to do and places to eat while you're here. My favorite for breakfast is Billy Gail’s which is just north on 265...but get there early! Breakfast or Lunch-try Floating Cafe On Indian point Marina. Lunch or dinner-Danna’s BBQ. It’s more than bbq...great salads, fried fish...large portions Fancy dinner?
