Far enough from the crowds and traffic of downtown Branson but close enough if you would like to catch a show or try one of Branson's amazing restaurants. The condo is less than five minutes from the Indian Point Marina to enjoy boating, fishing, scuba, and swimming at the designated swim beach area. Eagles Nest Resort offers a pool, outdoor grills, playground, picnic areas, basketball, or beautiful walking trails to the lakefront. Activities are available to all ages and are perfect for family getaways. At night, you can hear nothing but the sounds of the Ozark woods. This condo is also perfect for a couples get-away. This condo is on the top level and up one flight of stairs. It is fully furnished with comfortable beds, televisions, WiFi, and cable in each bedroom and the living room. The unit has been remodeled (2022) with new furnishings, linens, and accessories. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, washer/dryer, stove, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. We provide all of the comforts of home so you can relax and unwind after a fun-filled day. Relax with a cup of morning coffee on your back porch and enjoy the views. We are dog friendly and welcome your pet. We do have a $75 pet fee. We take up to two dogs under 40lbs each and do require that they be crated if left alone in the condo. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond your expectations to provide the little extras that you may not find at other vacation rental properties.
